• 2Promotion codes can only be used on tickets purchased for flights originating in UK (specifically Manchester) where Hainan Airlines is the operating carrier. All flight segments shall be operated by Hainan Airlines. The coupon code is not applicable to flights operated in conjunction with other airlines or code-share flights.
• 3The coupon code can only be used to pay the ticket price. It does not apply to the airport fees, fuel and oil surcharges or other taxes.
• 4The coupon code is comprised of 12 characters (both numbers and letters). Users are required to enter it manually at the payment stage of the process.
